外剥内扎术联合痔结扎术治疗环状混合痔的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察外剥内扎术联合痔结扎术治疗环状混合痔的疗效和并发症情况。方法选取安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院收治的环状混合痔患者60例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组采用外剥内扎术联合痔结扎术治疗,对照组采用单纯外剥内扎术治疗。观察2组患者的手术有效率、术后水肿率和疼痛评分情况。结果2组患者手术有效率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后水肿率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044);对照组和观察组患者术后第10天疼痛评分均低于本组术后第1天、第3天和第7天,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者术后各时间点疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论外剥内扎术联合痔结扎术治疗环状混合痔手术有效率高,术后患者水肿和疼痛程度轻微。Objective To observe the efficacy and complications of external stripping and internal ligation combined with hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoid.Methods A total of 60 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoid admitted to Chaohu Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with external stripping and internal ligation combined with hemorrhoid ligation,and the control group was treated with external stripping and internal ligation.The surgical efficiency,postoperative edema rate and pain scores of the two groups were observed.Results The surgical efficiency of the two groups were both 100%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The postoperative edema rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).The pain scores of the observation group and the control group on the 10th day after operation were lower than those on the 1st,3rd,and 7th day after operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on the 1st,3rd,7th and 10th day after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion External stripping and internal ligation combined with hemorrhoid ligation is effective in treating annular mixed hemorrhoid,with mild postoperative edema and postoperative pain.
