摘　　要：为了扩充广西甘蔗野生资源,进一步挖掘具有育种潜力的亲本材料。对崇左市龙州县开展甘蔗野生种质资源的考察采集,共采集到21份资源材料。主要农艺性状相关性分析结果表明:采集的甘蔗野生种质资源性状差异显著,茎径、叶长和叶宽均存在极显著的相关性,而锤度与其他指标不相关。遗传多样性分析结果表明:采集的甘蔗野生种质资源的多样性指数为1.81~2.13,变异系数为0.27~0.69,表明这些资源具有较为丰富的变异类型。In order to enrich the wild germplasm resource pool of sugarcane and discover potential wild parental materials for breeding in Guangxi,germplasm resource of sugarcane were investigation and collected from Longzhou county.Collected were 21 resource materials.Correlation analysis showed that there were significant differences in characteristics among the wild germplasm resource of sugarcane collected.The stem diameter,leaf length and leaf width were highly significantly correlated,but there was no correlation between brix and other four major traits.Genetic diversity analysis showed that the genetic diversity index of the wild germplasm resources was 1.81~2.13 with the variance coefficient being 0.27~0.69,indicating that all the collections were abundant variation types.
