非洲六国的糖业概况及其启示

摘　　要：文章主要从气候特点、种蔗条件、食糖生产基本情况、糖业政策和投资前景等方面,介绍了苏丹、坦桑尼亚、肯尼亚、刚果(布)、加纳、利比里亚的糖业概况,着重从有利和不利因素分析其投资发展前景,结果表明:六国的糖业发展潜力大,中非开展互利合作,能充分发挥资源和我国制糖企业与市场优势,符合双方的需要和共同利益。最后指出:在非洲投资建厂需注意甘蔗种植量必须达到规模、糖业副产品生产必须得到重视等4方面的问题,以供我国制糖企业寻求合作投资作参考。This article mainly introduces the general sugar industry in Sudan,Tanzania,Kenya,Congo(Brazzaville),Ghana and Liberia from the aspects of climate characteristics,basic situation of sugarcane and sugar production,sugar industry policies and investment prospects,particularly focuses on analysing the advantage and disadvantage factors of investment development prospects.The result shows that the sugar industry have great potential for development in the above countries.The mutually beneficial cooperation between China and Africa not only could give full play to African resources and the advantages of China's sugar enterprises and the market,but also meet the needs and mutual interests of both parties.Finally,it is pointed out that should pay attention to the five aspects when investing sugar factories in Africa,such as sugarcane planting that must reach a large scale and sugar by-products must be produced,etc.In order to provide references for China's sugar enterprises to seek cooperation and investment.
