摘  要:通过红细胞溶血实验,验证了当SDS溶液浓度≥50 mg/L时红细胞在560 nm处的吸光度值不再明显上升,已达到全溶血状态,综合考虑后选择100 mg/L SDS溶液作为后续样品测试时的全溶血对照组。随后采用红细胞溶血法对27个日化产品和表面活性剂原料的HC50值进行测试和计算,通过比较不同样品之间的HC50值的大小,有效区分和比较了不同种类日化产品之间、同类产品的不同配方之间,以及不同表面活性剂之间的刺激性差异。Hemolysis test verified that the absorbance value of red blood cells at 560 nm reached total hemolysis without significant increase any longer at the concentration of SDS solution≥50 mg/L.After comprehensive consideration,100 mg/L SDS solution was selected as total hemolysis control group.27 kinds of daily chemical products and surfactants were tested using red blood cell lysis assay and then we obtained the value of HC50.By comparing the values of HC50 between different samples,the irritation differences can be effectively distinguished and compared between different kinds of daily chemical products,same type of products with different formulas and different surfactants.
