共聚型阻燃抗熔滴尼龙6的制备及表征

摘　　要：为获得长效阻燃的尼龙6(PA6)材料,以实验室自制的一种反应型硅系阻燃剂为共聚单元,通过化学共聚法将其引入PA6的分子主链中,制备得到本质阻燃的PA6共聚物。采用核磁共振氢谱(1 H NMR)、差示扫描量热法以及热失重分析分别对PA6共聚物的化学结构及热学性能进行表征,结果表明,反应型硅系阻燃剂链段被成功引入PA6主链,且PA6共聚物的热稳定性良好,成炭能力显著增强。通过对比纯PA6及PA6共聚物的燃烧性能可知,PA6共聚物的火灾危险性明显降低,其极限氧指数可达26.3%,垂直燃烧等级为V 0级别,有焰熔滴行为被有效抑制。拉伸试验结果表明,阻燃剂添加量的增加仅造成PA6共聚物强力的轻微下降。To obtain a persistently flame-retardant nylon 6,a reactive silicon-based flame retardant made in laboratory was picked,and then it was introduced into the backbone of nylon 6 via copolymerization.Hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance(1 H-NMR),differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis were used to character the chemical structure and thermal stability of the prepared flame-retardant nylon 6 copolymer(FR-PA6),respectively.The results show that the reactive silicon-based flame retardant has been successfully introduced into the backbone of nylon 6,and FR-PA6 exhibits great thermal stability and remarkably enhanced the capacity of charring.By contrastive analysis of flammability between nylon 6 and FR-PA6,it is certain that the fire hazard of FR-PA6 is significantly reduced.In detail,FR-PA6 can obtain a higher value of 26.3%on limiting oxygen index and pass the V-0 level of the vertical burning test with improved anti-dripping behavior.Tensile test results show that the increase of flame retardant content only causes a slight decrease in the strength of FR-PA6.
