摘 要:以丙烯酸(AA)、2丙烯酰胺基2甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚丙烯酸酯(NP 30 AA)和十二烷基苯乙烯(4 DS)为单体,通过自由基胶束聚合法共聚合成NP 30 AA质量分数分别为1.0%、1.5%、2.0%和2.5%的两亲性聚合物PCAAN1~PCAAN4。通过核磁共振氢谱和红外光谱对聚合物的分子结构进行表征,利用热重分析仪、高温界面张力仪和智能模块化流变仪对聚合物的热稳定性、界面活性及流变性能进行测试。研究结果表明:PCAAN聚合物热稳定性较好,最高降解温度可达763℃;增稠性能及耐盐性能较好,当NaCl和CaCl 2质量浓度分别为10.0和0.7 g/L时,PCAAN2水溶液的表观黏度分别增至250.5和348.7 mPa·s;界面活性较高,可将煤油水界面张力降低至9.86 mN/m,对油润湿性表面的动态接触角可达38.53°;可与稠油形成稳定的乳液,对稠油的降黏率为87.0%~90.9%,其中PCAAN2对稠油的降黏率最高,为90.9%。The amphiphilic polymer PCAAN1 PCAAN4 with NP 30 AA mass fractions of 1.0%,1.5%,2.0%and 2.5%were synthesized by acrylic(AA),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),nonylphenoxy polyethylene glycol acrylate(NP 30 AA)and dodecylstyrene(4-DS)based on free radical micellar polymerization.The molecular structure of the polymer was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The thermal stability,interface activity and rheological properties of the polymer were tested by thermogravimetric analyzer,high temperature interfacial tension meter and intelligent modular rheometer.The results show that the PCAAN polymer has good thermal stability with the maximum degradation temperature of 763℃,as well as good thickening performance and salt resistance properties.When the mass concentrations of NaCl and CaCl 2 are 10.0 and 0.7 g/L,the apparent viscosity of PCAAN2 aqueous solution increase to 250.5 and 348.7 mPa·s,respectively.PCAAN polymer has good interfacial activities and can reduce the kerosene-water interfacial tension to 9.86 mN/m,and its dynamic contact angle on the oil wetted surface can reach 38.53°.The sample with heavy oil can be emulsified by PCAAN polymers and the reduction rate of viscosity is at the range of 87%90.9%,and PCAAN2 has the highest viscosity reduction rate of 90.9%.
