摘  要:大气压介质阻挡放电产生等离子体引发N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAM)在棉织物上聚合接枝,研究了反应条件对接枝率的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAM)接枝棉织物的形态和结构进行研究。结果表明,PNIPAM被成功接枝到棉织物表面。通过不同温度下水接触角和水通量的测试,证明了接枝后棉织物表现出良好的温敏性能。由于PNIPAM敏感温度接近人体体表温度,新型温敏织物在服装面料中将具有广阔的应用前景。Atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge(APDBD)plasma initiated polymerization and grafting of N-isopropylacrylamide(NIPAM)on cotton fabrics.The effects of the reaction conditions on the grafting ratio were studied.The structure and morphology of cotton fabrics grafted poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAM)were detected by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicate that PNIPAM is successfully grafted onto the cotton fabric.The test of water contact angle and water flux at different temperatures proves that the grafted cotton fabric has excellent temperature sensitivity.Considering that the sensitive temperature is close to the skin temperature of humans,the new type of temperature-sensitive fabrics will have broad application in apparel fabrics.
