摘 要:华能海门电厂属于典型的C5-M腐蚀环境,现场腐蚀严重。基材表面出现大量的点蚀坑和千层饼样锈片和锈坑。要达到防腐施工表面处理等级及其困难,所以传统涂料施工难度很大,且效果又很不理想(通常施工1 a不到就大面积漆膜脱落,基材锈蚀)。超支化碳钛笼水性涂料体系自2018年带锈、带千层饼锈片施工至今,保持良好,有效阻止了基材的进一步恶化。在带锈施工环境下,对漆膜、漆膜与锈层界面层以及膜下锈粉取样进行XRD分析,结果显示:被碳钛笼体系处理过的锈层结构与传统重防腐涂层下的锈层结构相比发生了明显变化。初步机理分析推断,碳钛笼体系涂料可以将锈层中活性的FeOOH结构转换为相对惰性的FeO(OH)结构,从而提高具有磁性定向排布的Fe3O4含量,诱导锈层原位转换成致密的防腐层,从而实现低表面处理,适用于钢结构防腐长效保护。Huaneng Haimen Power Plant belongs to a typical C5-M corrosive environment with serious on-site corrosion.A large number of pitting pits and rust flakes and rust pits appeare on the surface of the substrate.It is difficult to achieve the surface treatment level of anti-corrosion construction,so the traditional coating construction is very difficult,and the effect is very unsatisfactory(usually a large area of paint film will peel off one year after construction,and the substrate is eroded).The carbon-titanium cage waterborne system has been in good condition since the construction of the rusty and rusty sheet cake in 2018,effectively preventing the further deterioration of the substrate.In a rusty construction environment,the paint film,the interface layer between the paint film and the rust layer and the rust powder under the film are sampled for XRD analysis.The results show that the rust layer structure treated by the carbon-titanium cage system and the rust layer under the traditional coating has changed significantly in terms of sturcture.Preliminary mechanism analysis reveals that the carbon-titanium cage system coating can convert the active FeOOH structure in the rust layer to a relatively inert FeO(OH)structure,thereby increasing the content of Fe3O4 with magnetic orientation,and inducing the rust layer to convert insitu into dense anticorrosive layer to achieve long-term protection.
