左归丸加味治疗男性不育症精子DNA损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨左归丸加味治疗男性不育症精子DNA损伤的临床疗效。方法选取我院就诊的68例男性不育症精子DNA损伤患者,按照随机分组原则分为观察组和对照组各34例。观察组给予左归丸加味配方颗粒治疗,对照组给予左卡尼汀+维生素E治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后精子总数、前向运动精子百分率(PR)、精子DNA损伤指数(DFI)及精子DFI变化情况,观察对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗前后精子DFI分别为34.1±5.6%、28.9±13.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组及对照组治疗后精子DFI分别为28.9±13.2%、32.3±12.4,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗总有效率为52.94%,观察组有效率为61.76%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论左归丸加味对男性不育症精子DNA损伤有改善作用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modifiedZuogui pill in the treatment of sperm DNA damage in male infertility.Methods A total of 68 cases of sperm DNA damage in male sterility in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.34 cases in each group.The observation group was givenmodifiedZuogui pill flavored granules,and the control group was given levocarnitineand vitamin E.The changes of total sperm count,percentage of forward motile sperm(PR),sperm DNA damage index(DFI)and sperm DFI before and after treatment in the two groups were compared to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The sperm DFI of the observation group before and after treatment was 34.1±5.6%and 28.9±13.2%,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the sperm DFI of the observation group and the control group was 28.9±13.2%and 32.3±12.4,respectively,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The total effective rate was 52.94%in the control group and 61.76%in the observation group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion ModifiedZuogui pill can improve sperm DNA damage ofmale infertility.
