摘  要:针对节点电压和输电线路电流的安全调控问题,在广域量测环境下,提出了聚合电网及可观测点的概念,给出了观测函数和调控函数,并推导出基于量测灵敏度的聚合电网输电线路电流和节点电压的调控模型。在5 min时间范围内,通过对聚合电网输电线路电流和节点电压的相关性进行分析,得到关键输电线路和关键节点,并分别以成本最小、网损最小为目标给出了最优控制量的确定方法及其调整量。最后,通过对实际系统的仿真验证,表明了所提方法的有效性。Aimed at the problem of dispatch and control with the nodal voltage and line current,the concepts of aggre⁃gated grid and observable point are presented under the wide-area measurement environment.In addition,the observ⁃able function and the dispatch and control function are put forward,and the dispatch and control model of line current and nodal voltage in aggregated grid is deduced based on sensitivity measurement.Within the scope of five minutes,the key line and key node can be obtained through the correlation analysis of line current and nodal voltage.Meanwhile,the minimal cost and minimum grid loss are set as the objective respectively to formulate the determination method for the optimal control as well as the corresponding adjustment.Finally,a real system is taken as an example,and simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
