防疫背景下警察的执法环境变化及对策研究

摘　　要：针对新冠肺炎疫情发生至今影响社会经济发展的现状,系统梳理了其中导致警察执法环境变化方面的问题,包括警力需求、警察身心健康、执法响应要求、社会运转方式、舆论环境、防疫重点转移等;提出了充分发挥智慧警务作用、缓解警察身心压力、做好多警种执法衔接、构筑共享共治网络、创造性地开展舆情工作、适时调整工作策略等相互衔接、切实管用的对策。In response to the current situation of COVID-19 that has affected social and economic development from the occurrence to the present,this paper systematically sorts out the problems that lead to changes in the police law enforcement environment,including police demand,police physical and mental health,law enforcement response requirements,social operation mode,public opinion environment and epidemic prevention shift.It proposes such cohesive and effective countermeasures as making full use of the smart policing,relieving the physical and psychological pressure of the police,doing a good job in law enforcement cohesion of multiple police,building a sharing and co-governance network for community,creatively carrying out public opinion work and timely adjusting work strategy.
