摘　　要：大数据的应用给侦查破案带来高效便利的同时,犯罪分子也在进行着一系列的反数据侦查行为来对抗侦查人员实施的侦查行为。反数据侦查行为已经成为阻碍有效侦查的巨大破坏性因素,其行为呈现出对抗性、易变性、智能性和专业性的特征,且逐渐向着智能驱动型、体系链条型和生活主导型的模式演变。因此,加强对反数据侦查行为的研究很有必要,在对反数据侦查行为的表现形式、规律特征及演变模式加以概括的基础上,总结了反数据侦查行为的应对之策,其研究的目的将直接服务于案件的侦破。While the application of Big Data brings high efficiency and convenience to criminal investigation in solving cases,criminals also carry out a series of anti-data investigation actions to weaken the vigor and combat effectiveness of investigators.Nowadays,anti-data investigation behavior has become a huge destructive factor hindering effective investigation,which is featured by confrontation,variability,intellectualization and specialization,and it is gradually transforming into an intelligent driven,system chained and life oriented type.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on anti-data investigation behavior.So this article attempts to summarize the countermeasures to better serve the investigation of cases on the basis of summarizing the manifestations,regular characteristics and evolution modes of anti-data investigation behavior.
