摘　　要：诞生于西方国家的情境犯罪预防理论其核心理念是控制犯罪条件以减少犯罪机会,主要通过环境设计提高犯罪难度、增加犯罪成本,从微观层面进行犯罪治理。情境犯罪预防无论从手段措施抑或价值追求都与社区警务具有高度相契合性,对我国社区警务工作具有现实性的借鉴意义。以情境犯罪预防理论为视角,更新警务理念,探寻我国社区警务建设新思路,以适应新时代警务工作发展之需要。The core idea of situational crime prevention theory,born in western countries,is to control the crime conditions to reduce the crime opportunity,mainly through environmental design to improve the difficulty of crime,increase the cost of crime.Situational crime prevention is highly compatible with community policing,and has realistic reference significance for community policing in China.Taking the situational crime prevention theory as the perspective,this article renews the concept of police and explores the new ideas of community police construction in our country to adapt to the development of police work in the new era.
