摘　　要：介绍了澳毛/大麻/羊绒60/30/10混纺针织纱线(线密度19.2 tex×2)的原料特点、产品开发思路及纺纱工艺。采用大麻纤维与澳毛、羊绒混纺纱织制的织物具有天然持久的抗菌功能。为了满足消费者对抗菌面料更高的要求,提升混纺纱的抗菌能力,使用绿色抗菌剂对澳毛和羊绒散纤维进行抗菌处理,可以使澳毛/大麻/羊绒混纺织物对白色念珠菌的抑菌能力从93%提升到98%。通过优化半精纺各道工艺,解决了大麻纤维和澳毛、羊绒适纺工艺存在差异的问题。开发的澳毛/大麻/羊绒混纺产品不仅具有抗菌效果,而且色泽艳丽,兼具羊毛舒适保暖、大麻清爽透气、羊绒手感滑糯的特点。The raw materials features,product development ideas and spinning technology of Australian wool/hemp/cashmere 60/30/10 knitted yarns(19.2 tex×2)were characterized in this paper.The fabric blended with hemp fiber,Australian wool and cashmere blended woven fabric have natural antibacterial function.In order to meet consumers'requirements on antibacterial fabrics,it is necessary to improve the antibacterial ability of yarns.Antibacterial finishing of Australian wool and cashmere fibers with green antibacterial agent can improve the antibacterial ability of Australian wool/hemp/cashmere blended fabric against candida albicans from 93%to 98%.The semi-worsted process was used to optimize each process,which solved the issue of the difference between the suitable spinning process of hemp fiber and Australian wool and cashmere fiber.The product is bright in color,with comfortable and warmth of wool,fresh and breathable of hemp,smooth of cashmere.
