摘 要:为探究离心式空压机吸气预处理的可行性,通过理论分析和实地安装测试,并根据某纺织厂空压站具体情况,结合组合式空调机组连接风管对1#离心式空压机吸气预处理进行相关测试、对比及经济性分析。通过分析计算得出:对1#离心式空压机采取吸气预处理后,平均吸气温度较未预处理时降低10.91℃,产气量增加6.5万m^3/月,每月节约耗电量49.62 MW,折合电费3.47万元/月,扣除预处理相关设备运行费用1.54万元/月,平均可节约1.93万元/月。同时初投资为2.25万元,投资回收期为35天,节能效益可观。In order to explore the feasibility of centrifugal air compressor suction pretreatment,the suction pretreatment of 1#centrifugal air compressor was tested,compared and economically analyzed through theoretical analysis and field installation test according to the specific situation of an air compressor station in a textile mill,combined with the combined air conditioning unit connected with the air pipe.Through analysis and calculation,the results show that after the suction pretreatment of 1#centrifugal air compressor,the average suction temperature decreased by 10.91℃compared with the non-pretreatment,the gas production increased by 65000 cubic meters per month,and the power consumption was saved by 49.62 MW per month,equivalent to 34700 yuan per month,and 19300 yuan per month on average after deducting related equipment for pretreatment running costs 15400 yuan per month.At the same time,considerable energy efficiency was made with the initial investment is 22500 yuan,the investment payback period is 35 days.
