基于云南吴氏扶阳学术思想浅析新型冠状病毒肺炎诊治

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒具有中医寒、湿病邪的特性,新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称"新冠肺炎")应归属伤寒范畴。基于云南吴氏扶阳学术思想从《伤寒论》的六经传变规律出发,认为太阳经为抵御新冠病毒的藩篱之经,少阴阳气的盛衰为新冠肺炎预后转归的关键,太少两感证是最符合新冠肺炎伤寒传变规律的转归证型,且患者中土衰败容易导致少阴死证。结合患者征象,临床治疗应以麻黄细辛附子汤为主,祛除太阳少阴两经寒湿之邪,并重视温扶人体内在生生之阳气。在此基础上,必须加强脾胃中土阳气的运行,治疗上配合温中散寒、健脾燥湿之法。The new type of corona virus has the characteristics of cold and damp pathogens in Chinese medicine,and corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)should be classified as typhoid.Based on the law of transmission of the six channels theory in Shanghan Lun,it is believed that the Taiyang channel is the barriers against the new type of corona virus,and the rise and fall of yang qi of Shaoyin are the key to the prognosis of the new type of corona virus.The syndrome of both Taiyang and Shaoyin is the most consistent with COVID-19 typhoid transmission rule of the change of syndrome type,and the patient′s spleen and stomach decline easily lead to the yin deficiency.Combined with the signs of the patients,Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction should be used as the main treatment to eliminate the cold and dampness of Taiyang and Shaoyin,and pay attention to warming and supporting the internal yang qi of the human body.On this basis,it is necessary to strengthen the operation of yang qi in the spleen and stomach,and cooperate with the treatment of warming the middle and dispelling cold,strengthening the spleen and removing dampness.
