新安医家吴亦鼎灸法学术思想探析

摘　　要：吴亦鼎,新安医家,咸丰年间皖之歙县人,著有《神灸经纶》。本文根据《神灸经纶》的内容对吴亦鼎先生的灸法思想总结如下:(1)针与灸各有优势,临床上应针灸并用,不可偏颇。吴亦鼎对施灸材料及点火材料有一定的选择,艾以3年陈艾为佳,火最宜取天上太阳之火。(2)明症辨经。运用经络理论分析记载疾病所属病机和症状,并辨证归经、指导取穴。同时穴有宜忌,明确提出了22个禁灸穴,15个慎灸穴。(3)热症用灸,从者反治。应用灸法治疗疮痈热毒,并认为在疮疡初起7 d之内,用灸法最佳。(4)危症可灸。灸有"回生之功",能"起死回生",从而治疗危重疾病。Wu Yiding,Xin′an physician,was born in She County,Anhui during the Xianfeng period,and he wrote a book named Shen Moxibustion Jinglun.This article summarizes Mr.Wu Yiding′s moxibustion thoughts based on the content of Shen Moxibustion Jinglun as follows:(1)Acupuncture and moxibustion have their own advantages.Clinically,acupuncture and moxibustion should be used together,without bias.Wu Yiding has a certain choice of moxibustion materials and ignition materials.Ai is prefered to Chen Ai for three years.The fire is most suitable for the fire from sun.(2)Distinguish the symptoms and meridian.Use the meridian theory to analyze and record the pathogenesis and symptoms of the disease,and guide the selection of acupuncture points.At the same time,there are taboos for acupuncture points,and 22 points for forbidden moxibustion and 15 points for moxibustion requiring caution are clearly proposed.(3)Moxibustion is used for fever,and the follower is counter-treated.Apply moxibustion to treat sore carbuncle heat toxin,and believe that moxibustion is the best method within 7 days from the beginning of the sore.(4)Moxibustion can be used for critical illnesses.Moxibustion has"revival power"and can"resurrect the dead"to treat critical illnesses.
