摘　　要：目的:通过Meta分析评价中药治疗卒中后失语(post-stroke aphasia,PSA)的临床疗效及其对语言功能的改善。方法:检索PubMed、Cochrane、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库等自建库至2019年8月期间的中药治疗PSA的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trials,RCT),且临床观察PSA有效率及语言功能。两位研究者独立完成筛选、提取文献资料并评价纳入的研究偏倚风险,数据分析运用Rev Man 5.3软件。结果:纳入符合条件的16个RCT,共1167例PSA患者。Meta分析结果显示:试验组PSA临床有效率,语言功能的失语指数、理解、复述、命名、自发言语、表达谈话均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组语言功能的阅读、神经功能缺损方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药治疗PSA患者疗效较好,能改善其语言症状,安全性较好。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of post stroke aphasia(PSA)and the improvement of language function by Meta-analysis.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Chinese medicine in the treatment of PSA from PubMed,Cochrane,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP database from the establishment of the database to August 2019 were searched,and the clinical efficacy and language function of PSA were observed.The two researchers independently screened,extracted literature and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies.Data analysis was performed using Rev Man5.3 software.Results:16 eligible RCTs and 1167 PSA patients were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the clinical effective rate of PSA in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group in terms of aphasia index,understanding,retelling,naming,self speaking and speaking(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of language function reading and nerve function defect(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of PSA patients is good,which can improve the language symptoms and has good safety.
