摘 要:采用水热法合成了形貌一致且大小均匀的正八面体Mn3O4,并于氩气条件下煅烧处理后得到具有表面缺陷的Def-Mn3O4,采用SEM、TEM、XRD、XPS等表征了材料的相貌和结构。将Def-Mn3O4修饰玻碳电极(GCE),采用方波伏安法(SWASV)检测水中的Pb(Ⅱ),检测灵敏度为76.37μA/μM,最低检出限为0.09μM,检测效果远远优于未煅烧之前的Mn3O4。结合吸附实验,发现Def-Mn3O4对铅离子的高灵敏检测是基于缺陷处理的Mn3O4增强了对铅离子的吸附。此外,还做了材料的抗干扰测试,实际水样测试以及重复性和稳定性测试,结果表明该材料具有实际应用的潜力。The octahedral Mn3O4 with uniform size was synthesized by hydrothermal method,and the surface defect of Def-Mn3O4 was obtained after calcination in argon.The morphology and structure of the material were characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD and XPS.The Def-Mn3O4 modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE)was used to detect Pb(Ⅱ)in water by anodic stripping square wave voltammetry(SWASV)with a detection sensitivity of 76.37μA/μM and a limit of detection(LOD)0.09μM,which was much better than that without calcination.Combined with the adsorption experiment,it was found that the enhanced detection sensitivity is based on the improvement of Pb(Ⅱ)adsorption of Def-Mn3O4.Additionally,the anti-interference test,real water sample test and the repeatability and stability test have also been done with a good result,which shows that the material has the potential for application in the future.
