摘  要:采用静电纺丝法结合碳化工艺制备了添加不同牺牲聚合物(聚砜、高直链淀粉和线性酚醛树脂)的聚丙烯腈基碳纳米纤维,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了纤维的形貌,X射线衍射(XRD)分析了碳纳米纤维的石墨化结构,氮气吸附脱附测试表征了碳纳米纤维的比表面积和孔径分布,差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TGA)分析了聚合物纳米纤维的热性能,系统探究牺牲聚合物法对碳纳米纤维结构与性能的影响,并分析了碳纳米纤维的成孔机理,为制备多孔碳纳米纤维提供了新的思路和方向。Polyacrylonitrile-based carbon nanofibers with different sacrificial polymers(polysulfone,high amylose starch and linear phenolic resin)were prepared by electrospinning method combined with carbonization process.The morphology of the fibers was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the graphitization degree of carbon nanofibers was analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),and the specific surface area and pore size distribution of carbon nanofibers was characterized by nitrogen adsorption and desorption test.The thermal properties of polymer nanofibers were analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetry(TGA).The effect of sacrificial polymer method on the structure and properties of carbon nanofibers was systematically investigated,and the pore forming mechanism of carbon nanofibers was analyzed.This study provides a new idea and direction for preparing porous carbon nanofibers.
