摘　　要：目的:分析绝经前女性冠心病的临床特点及危险因素。方法:2018年12月-2019年12月收治绝经前冠心病女性患者46例,作为观察组;另选取绝经前各项生命指征平稳的健康女性53例,作为对照组。比较两组相关资料,并分析绝经前女性冠心病的临床特点及危险因素。结果:观察组血脂各项指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组合并高血压病史的比例、合并吸烟史的比例、合并高同型半胱氨酸血症的比例、体重指数超过正常水平的比例、糖代谢异常的比例、冠心病家族史的比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性绝经前是否伴有高血压、吸烟史、高同型半胱氨酸血症、冠心病家族史、血糖代谢以及体重等因素均是影响冠心病发病的危险因素。Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics and risk factors of coronary heart disease in premenopausal women.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,46 premenopausal women with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation group.Another 53 healthy women with stable life signs before menopause were selected as the control group.We compared the relevant data of the two groups,and analyzed the clinical characteristics and risk factors of coronary heart disease in premenopausal women.Results:The levels of blood lipid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the proportion of patients with hypertension history,the proportion of patients with smoking history,the proportion of patients with hyperhomocysteinemia,body weight above normal level,the proportion of patients with abnormal glucose metabolism and the proportion of patients with family history of coronary heart disease were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pre menopausal women with hypertension,smoking history,hyperhomocysteinemia,family history of coronary heart disease,blood glucose metabolism and weight are the risk factors of coronary heart disease.
