摘　　要：目的:探讨可弯曲内科胸腔镜+活检钳组合模式在结核性胸膜炎诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法:2016年4月-2019年10月收治结核性胸膜炎患者55例,均经可弯曲内科胸腔镜+活检钳模式确诊并同时镜下治疗,评估其对结核性胸膜炎的确诊率、镜下治疗有效率及并发症发生率。结果:55例患者均经内科胸腔镜胸膜活检病理确诊为结核性胸膜炎,确诊率为100%;治疗4周后评价疗效,显效27例,好转28例,总有效率为100%;且均无严重并发症及不良反应。结论:可弯曲内科胸腔镜+活检钳的简单低耗材组合,可满足结核性胸膜炎的诊断需要,且对结核性包裹性胸膜炎有很好的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical value of flexible medical thoracoscopy combined with biopsy forceps in the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculous pleurisy.Methods:From April 2016 to October 2019,55 patients with tuberculous pleurisy were selected,all of whom were diagnosed by the mode of flexible medical thoracoscope combined with biopsy forceps and treated under the microscope at the same time,and evaluate the diagnostic rate of tuberculous pleurisy,the effective rate of microscopic treatment and the incidence of complications.Results:All the 55 patients were diagnosed as tuberculous pleurisy by medical thoracoscopic pleural biopsy,and the diagnosis rate was 100%.After 4 weeks of treatment,27 cases showed obvious effect and 28 cases showed improvement,and the total effective rate was 100%.There were no serious complications and adverse reactions.Conclusion:The simple low consumption combination of flexible medical thoracoscopy combined with biopsy forceps can meet the diagnostic needs of tuberculous pleurisy,and it has a good therapeutic effect on tuberculous pleurisy.
