老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常行静脉注射胺碘酮治疗的价值

摘　　要：目的:探究静脉注射胺碘酮治疗老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常的效果。方法:2018年5月-2020年5月收治老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常患者230例,随机分为两组,各115例。对照组患者实施常规药物治疗;试验组在常规药物基础上实施胺碘酮静脉注射治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后射血分数、心脏指数及平均动脉压水平均优于对照组,心率水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静脉注射胺碘酮用于治疗老年重度心力衰竭合并快速心律失常的效果显著,可有效改善血流动力学指标水平,降低心率,且对血压影响较小,值得应用。Objective:To explore the effect of intravenous amiodarone in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure complicated with tachyarrhythmia.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2020,230 elderly patients with severe heart failure complicated with tachyarrhythmia were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 115 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug therapy.The experimental group was treated with intravenous amiodarone on the basis of conventional drugs.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,ejection fraction,heart index and mean arterial pressure in the experimental group were all better than the control group,and heart rate was lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous amiodarone is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure complicated with tachyarrhythmia,it can effectively improve the level of hemodynamic index,reduce the heart rate,and has little influence on blood pressure.
