早期祛除切口敷料在妇科腹部手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨术后48 h内早期祛除妇科腹部切口敷料的风险利弊。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治妇科腹部手术的清洁或清洁-污染伤口患者335例,随机分为两组。观察组术后48 h内早期祛除切口敷料;对照组术后48 h后晚期祛除切口敷料。比较两组患者伤口并发症、更换敷料次数及患者满意度等。结果:两组患者伤口并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组更换敷料次数、术后沐浴时间及患者满意度等均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术后48 h内早期祛除腹部切口敷料,对妇科清洁或清洁-污染伤口的愈合并未产生不利影响;且早期祛除敷料可降低医疗成本,让患者更早沐浴,提高患者满意度。Objective:To explore the advantages and disadvantages of early removal of gynecological abdominal incision dressings within 48 hours after operation.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,335 patients with clean or clean-contaminated wounds undergoing gynecological abdominal surgery were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The incisional dressings were removed early within 48 hours after operation in the observation group and late 48 hours after operation in the control group.The wound complications,the times of changing dressings and the satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of wound complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The times of changing dressings,bath time after surgery and patient satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early removal of abdominal incision dressing within 48 hours after operation has no adverse effect on gynecological cleaning or cleaning-contaminated wound healing,and early removal of dressing can reduce medical cost,let patients bathe earlier and improve patient satisfaction.
