摘　　要：目的:探讨可吸收内固定物治疗关节部位骨折的应用及膝关节功能评估。方法:2017年1月-2019年12月收治关节部位骨折患者45例,随机分为两组。对照组采用金属内固定治疗;研究组采用可吸收内固定物治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可吸收内固定物治疗关节部位骨折的应用效果显著,有利于提高患者术后膝关节功能的改善程度,提高手术的总体治疗效果,避免患者受到二次手术的伤害。Objective:To explore the application of absorbable internal fixation in the treatment of joint fractures and the function of knee joint.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,45 patients with joint fractures were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with metal internal fixation.The study group was treated with absorbable internal fixation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of absorbable internal fixator in the treatment of joint fracture is effective,which is helpful to improve the postoperative knee joint function,improve the overall therapeutic effect of the operation,and avoid the injury caused by the second operation.
