摘　　要：目的:讨论中药烫疗联合推拿手法在胫骨平台骨折术后患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:2017年3月-2019年4月收治胫骨平台骨折患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。对照组采取常规功能训练;观察组在常规功能训练基础上应用中药烫疗联合推拿手法。比较两组膝关节功能恢复情况及疼痛评分。结果:观察组膝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药烫疗联合推拿手法在胫骨平台骨折术后患者康复治疗中的应用价值较为理想,有利于缓解患者疼痛感,对患者膝关节功能的早期恢复具有重要意义。Objective:To discuss the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with tibial plateau fracture after operation.Methods:From March 2017 to April 2019,200 patients with tibial plateau fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 patients in each group.The control group received conventional functional training.Observation group applied the traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with massage technique on the basis of conventional functional training.The functional recovery and pain score of knee joint were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of traditional Chinese medicine ironing combined with massage is ideal in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with tibial plateau fracture after operation.It is beneficial to relieve patients'pain and it is of great significance to the early recovery of knee joint function.
