摘　　要：本文提出外感久咳的病机关键在于外邪未解入里化热或化饮。邪热与水饮既是外邪侵犯肺体后的病理产物,又是导致患者久咳不愈的关键病机。总结外邪未解入里化热或化饮的临床表现,提出以麻杏石甘汤和小青龙汤为基础的两个自拟经验效方及其临床化裁,变化万千,适应证广,在临床上常取良效。This paper proposes that the key to the pathogenesis of exogenous enduring cough lies in the external evil has not been solved and into the heat or the cold-fluid.Evil heat and cold fluid are not only the pathological products of exogenous evil invading the lung body,but also the key pathogenesis of the patient's persistent cough.To sum up the clinical manifestations of external evil has not been solved and into the heat or the cold-fluid,two self-designed empirical formulas based on Maxing Shigan decoction and Xiao Qinglong decoction and their clinical formulations were proposed,changes myriad,indications are wide,in clinical often take good effect.
