炎宁糖浆治疗急性咽炎(肺经风热证)的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:评价炎宁糖浆治疗急性咽炎(肺经风热证)的临床疗效。方法:收治急性咽炎患者72例,随机分为两组,各36例。试验组口服炎宁糖浆治疗;对照组口服蓝芩口服液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组主要症状疗效改善情况、主要症状愈显率、中医证候疗效改善情况、中医证候愈显率及中医证候单项症状有效率均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均无不良事件及不良反应发生。结论:炎宁糖浆治疗急性咽炎(肺经风热证)有确切疗效,具有很好的临床应用价值。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yanning syrup in the treatment of acute pharyngitis(wind-heat syndrome of lung channel).Methods:72 patients with acute pharyngitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each gourp.The experimental group was treated with Yanning syrup.The control group was treated with Lanqin oral liquid.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The improvement of main symptoms,the recovery and obvious rate of main symptoms,the improvement of TCM syndrome efficacy,the recovery and obvious rate of TCM syndrome and the effective rate of single symptom of TCM syndrome in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse events and adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Yanning Syrup has definite curative effect in the treatment of acute pharyngitis(wind-heat syndrome of lung channel),and has good clinical application value.
