老年冠心病患者护理中人文关怀的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析老年冠心病患者护理中人文关怀的应用价值。方法:2019年3月-2020年2月收治老年冠心病患者115例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理;研究组在常规护理中加入人文关怀。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组护理后焦虑及抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心功能各项指标水平均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年冠心病患者护理过程中进行人文关怀干预,可有效改善患者心理状态,提高患者各项生活质量评分,并有效改善患者心功能指标水平。Objective:To analyze the application value of humanistic care in nursing care of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:From March 2019 to February 2020,115 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups.The Control Group received routine nursing and the Study Group received humanistic care in routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)The indexes of cardiac function in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic Care Intervention in the nursing process of elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve patients;psychological state,improve patients;quality of life scores,and effectively improve patients;cardiac function index level.
