老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的预防保健分析

摘　　要：目的:分析老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的预防保健。方法:2018年4月-2019年10月收治老年糖尿病合并高血压患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规宣传教育健康指导;研究组在常规宣传教育健康指导的基础上实施预防保健方案。比较两组血糖水平,生活质量评分及临床疗效。结果:研究组餐前及餐后2 h血糖水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年糖尿病合并高血压预防保健措施的实施,可明显改善血糖水平,提高生活质量及治疗有效率。Objective:To analyze the prevention and health care of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods:From April 2008 to October 2019,60 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine publicity and education health guidance.The study group implemented the prevention and health care program on the basis of routine publicity and education health guidance.The blood glucose level,quality of life score and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The level of blood glucose before and 2 hours after meal in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the study group after intervention was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05.The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of preventive and health care measures for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension can significantly improve the level of blood glucose,improve the quality of life and the efficiency of treatment.
