社区家长对手足口预防接种知情同意书的认知程度调查

摘　　要：目的:通过调查社区家长对手足口预防接种知情同意书的认知程度情况,评价社区家长对预防接种风险和收益的了解程度,为今后社区家长了解预防接种知识的培训提供依据。方法:通过问卷调查的方式,按照疫苗预防接种的原则对社区家长进行问卷调查,对收集的问卷进行评分,分为完全合格、基本合格、不合格三个等级。通过统计学处理,分析家长不同年龄、不同文化教育水平及常住居民和流动居民对预防接种认知程度的差别。结果:统计问卷结果显示,本科文化程度、高中文化程度、初中文化程度以上回答完全合格的家长占总有效人数的15.5%、14.1%、9.95%;本科以上文化教育水平问卷的完全合格率高于其他组。不同年龄段家长(22岁以下、22~50岁、50岁以上)完全合格率较低,分别为19.5%、34.9%、5.56%;22~50岁的家长完全合格率高于其他家长。结论:不同类型家长对手足口预防接种知识的回答完全正确率低,应由社区为单位加强手足口预防接种的知识培训,提高家长普及手足口预防接种知识的认知程度。Objective:To investigate the cognition degree of community parents on informed consent for hand,foot and mouth vaccination to assess the degree of parents in the community understand the risks and benefits of vaccination,it provides basis for the training of community parents to understand the knowledge of vaccination in the future.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among parents in the community according to the principle of vaccination.The collected questionnaires were graded into three grades:fully qualified,basically qualified and unqualified.By statistical treatment,the differences of parents of different ages,different levels of culture and education and the cognition degree of permanent residents and floating residents on vaccination were analyzed.Results:According to the results of the questionnaire,15.5%,14.1%and 9.95%of the valid respondents were parents with bachelor degree,high school degree and junior high school degree or above.The complete qualification rate of the questionnaire for undergraduate and above education level was higher than the other groups.Parents of different age groups(under 22 years old,22-50 years old,and 50 years old and above)had lower qualified rate(19.5%,34.9%,5.56%,respectively).The full eligibility rate for parents aged 22 to 50 is higher than the other parents.Conclusion:The accuracy of different types of parents'answers to the knowledge of hand,foot and mouth vaccination is low.The community should strengthen the knowledge training of hand,foot and mouth vaccination to improve the cognition degree of parents to popularize the knowledge of hand,foot and mouth vaccination.
