新疆昌吉回族自治州原发性高血压患者汉族与回族、哈族高血压患者危险因素和临床特征的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:对比新疆昌吉回族自治州原发性高血压患者与回族、哈族、汉族原发性高血压患者危险因素和临床特征。方法:入选新疆昌吉回族自治州哈萨克族125例、回族156例、汉族156例三组高血压患者,登记所有患者的原发性高血压危险因素。结果:哈族和回族组在年龄、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、尿酸、体重指数、血糖水平方面均高于汉族组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);回族、哈族组吸烟史和吸烟量明显低于汉族组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);哈族组体重指数及总胆固醇水平均显著高于回族组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新疆昌吉回族自治州汉族高血压患者与回族、哈族高血压患者临床特征有明显不同。Objective:To compare the risk factors and clinical characteristics of patients with essential hypertension between Han nationality,Hui nationality and Kazak nationality in Changji Hui autonomous prefecture of Xinjiang.Methods:125 cases of Kazak,156 cases of Hui and 156 cases of Han nationality in Changji Hui autonomous prefecture of Xinjiang were selected to register the risk factors of essential hypertension.Results:The levels of age,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein,uric acid,body mass index and blood glucose in Kazakh and Hui nationality were significantly higher than those in Han group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The smoking history and smoking amount of Hui and Kazak were significantly lower than those of Han,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The body mass index and total cholesterol of Kazak were significantly higher than those of Hui,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical characteristics of hypertensive patients of Han nationality in Changji Hui autonomous prefecture of Xinjiang are obviously different from those of Hui and Kazak nationality.
