摘 要:采用蒸氨法制备了不同老化时间的Cu/SiO2催化剂。在固定床反应器上评价了Cu/SiO2催化剂对乙酸加氢制乙醇的催化性能,并通过BET、H2-TPR、FT-IR和XRD手段对催化剂性质进行了表征。结果发现,老化时间对催化剂中层状硅酸铜的形成有重要影响。适当延长老化时间,不仅有助于催化剂中形成更多的层状硅酸铜,从而使催化剂获得更多的Cu^0和Cu^+物种,还可以提高催化剂上Cu^0和Cu+物种的分散度及与载体之间的相互作用力。老化时间为6 h制得的Cu/SiO2催化剂对乙酸加氢具有较高的催化活性。Cu/SiO2 catalysts with different aging time were prepared by ammonia evaporation method.The catalytic performances of the catalysts for the hydrogenation of acetic acid to ethanol were evaluated in a fixed bed reactor and the properties of the catalysts were characterized by BET,H2-TPR,FT-IR and XRD.It was found that the aging time had an important effect on the formation of layered copper silicate in the catalyst.Prolonging the aging time properly can not only help to form more layered copper silicate in the catalyst,so as to obtain more Cu0 and Cu+species,but also improve the dispersion of Cu0 and Cu+species on the catalyst and the interaction force between the catalyst and the support.The catalyst with aging time of 6 h has high catalytic activity for acetic acid hydrogenation.
