摘  要:以碱性共沉淀法制备了类水滑石结构CuCo基催化剂用于合成气制低碳醇,考察了沉淀pH值对催化剂性能的影响;运用红外衍射(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、N2物理吸附/脱附、程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等技术手段对催化剂结构进行了表征。结果表明,沉淀pH值会对催化剂的织构性质及酸碱性产生不同程度的影响,进而影响催化剂合成低碳醇的性能,其中Cat-8催化剂CO转化率可达65.52%,且总醇选择性相对较高,可达14.29%。CuCo-based catalysts with a hydrotalcite-like structure were prepared by a basic co-precipitation method for higher alcohols synthesis from syngas.The effects of different precipitation pH values on the performance of the catalysts were investigated.The structures of the catalysts were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,N2 adsorption/desorption and H2-TPR.The results showed that the precipitation pH value could affect the texture,acid and alkali properties of the catalysts,and thus affect the performance of the catalysts for the synthesis of higher alcohols from syngas.The CO conversion of Cat-8 catalyst was 65.52%,and the total alcohol selectivity was relatively high,up to 14.29%.
