摘  要:近年来煤基乙二醇蓬勃发展,CO气相催化偶联制草酸酯作为该工艺的关键步骤,对其进行深入研究对该产业的发展有重要推动作用。以偶联反应机理、动力学研究方法及过程模拟方法为重点,对CO偶联制草酸酯的研究进展进行了综述,指出草酸酯合成反应器的大型化及三维仿真模拟为今后CO气相催化偶联的主要研究方向。In recent years,coal-to-ethylene glycol industry has been developing vigorously.Gas-phase catalytic coupling of CO to oxalate is a key step in this process.The further research on it plays an important role in promoting the development of this industry.The research progresses in CO coupling to oxalate were reviewed,focusing on the coupling reaction mechanism,kinetic research methods and process simulation methods.It was pointed out that developing large-scale reactor and the three-dimensional simulation of reactor would be the main research directions of CO gas-phase catalytic coupling in the future.
