摘  要:在以“合成气化学”和“甲醇化学”等碳一化学为主的新型煤化工领域中,其工业装置经常面临苛刻复杂的腐蚀工况。本文在充分认识工艺流程的基础上,结合文献调研、现场调研和实验室研究,重点讨论了煤气化、一氧化碳变换、合成甲醇、合成天然气(SNG)、费托合成、合成气制乙二醇、甲醇制汽油(MTG)、甲醇制烯烃(MTO、MTP)等新型煤化工装置的腐蚀类型、介质来源及腐蚀分布等,分析了装置选材现状及腐蚀风险,提出了材料选择、结构优化和工艺防腐等方面的应对措施,同时指出了煤化工装置腐蚀研究的方向。In the field of novel coal chemical industry of C1 chemistry mainly composed of"syngas chemistry"and"methanol chemistry",the production plants always face severe and complex corrosion conditions.On the basis of fully understanding the technological procedures,combined with the on-site survey and the literature and laboratory researches,the corrosion types,corrosion media sources and corrosion distribution of the novel coal chemical plants including those of coal gasification,water gas shift,methanol synthesis,synthetic natural gas(SNG),FT synthesis,syngas to ethylene glycol,methanol to gasoline(MTG),methanol to olefins(MTO)and methanol to propylene(MTP)were discussed,and the material selection status of equipment and corrosion risk were also analyzed.The measures of material selection,structure optimization and technological anti-corrosion were proposed,and the research direction of corrosion in coal chemical plant was pointed out.
