摘  要:为有效解决新建道路工程和改建道路工程带来的交通噪声污染问题,考虑到道路新建或改建之后可能会改变原有敏感建筑的声环境质量执行标准的情况,以某沿海城市道路改扩建项目为例,通过方案优化,对声环境敏感度高的区域采用透水沥青降噪路面和全影型声屏障隔声降噪,尽可能地降低噪声对附近敏感点的影响。以该项目中的全影型声屏障为研究对象,结合周围景观建设、现场气候条件、声学性能和现场安装等因素对其进行优化设计。在项目开工之前进行现场实测,通过计算机辅助3D建模之后进行精细化制作和安装。实际应用结果表明,采取该优化措施之后,项目周边的环境景观得到了改善,且降噪效果良好。Construction of new roads and reconstruction of existing roads may change the noise environment of the related area,usually much more noisy.Measures have to be taken to keep the noise level tolerant in the areas,especially for those sensitive to noise,such as residential area.A case in a coastal city is introduced where the permeable asphalt noise reduction pavement and the full shadow sound barrier for sound insulation are used.The acoustic performance of the full shadow sound barrier used in the project is analyzed and the design of the sound barrier is optimized for the surrounding landscape structure,climate conditions and installation constraints.The structure design is examined through computer-aided 3D modeling of the installation sites before manufacturing.The application shows a friendly landscape and an effective noise reduction.
