摘  要:针对低渗油藏压裂增产,研究出一种低分子聚合物压裂液体系。该体系以低分子聚合物SF-2为稠化剂,自制铝交联剂LH-1交联,氧化型SL-1破胶剂破胶。在30℃时,通过室内实验确定了体系的最佳配比:0.5%的稠化剂、交联比100∶3、1.5%的破胶剂、0.4%的交联促进剂、0.1%的黏土稳定剂、0.12%的助排剂、0.2%的破乳剂。性能评价结果表明,该压裂液体系具有良好的抗剪切和流变性,并且携砂能力强、破胶彻底、残渣含量少、成本低、对地层伤害小。The low molecular weight polymer water-based fracturing fluid system is studied to increase production of low permeability reservoirs.The new system contains low molecular weight polymer SF-2 as thickening agent,laboratorial self-made aluminum cross-linking agent LH-1 and the gel breaker LS-1.At the temperature of 30℃,laboratorial tests are carried out to determine the best ratio among those agents:0.5%of the thickener,cross-linking ratio 100∶3,1.5%of the breaker,0.4%of the cross-linking accelerant,0.1%of the clay stabilizer,0.12%of the cleanup additive,and 0.2%of the demulsifier.The performance evaluation results show that the new fracturing fluid system has the advantages of a good resistance when shearing and rheological property,low residue content,strong carrying capacity,low cost,thorough gel breaking,low formation damage,etc.
