摘　　要：实现了利用全自动凯式定氮仪对土壤样品中有效氮的分析测定。对氢氧化钠的体积、蒸馏时间、硫酸亚铁的质量和硼酸的体积进行了考察,确定了最佳实验条件。在最佳实验条件下,测定结果的准确度都小于0.1,相对标准偏差均小于10%,满足实际生产中检测的要求。The available nitrogen in soil samples is determined by automatic kaye nitrogen analyzer in this paper.The volume of sodium hydroxide,the distillation time,the quality of ferrous sulfate and the volume of boric acid are investigated,and the optimum experimental conditions are determined.Under the best experimental conditions,the accuracy of the measurement results is less than 0.1,and the relative standard deviation is less than 10%,which can meet the requirements of the actual production.
