摘  要:滑靴的最佳油膜厚度是影响柱塞泵容积效率、寿命的重要因素之一。为了使柱塞泵具有高容积效率和长寿命,需要对最佳油膜厚度设计方法进行深入研究。首先通过公式推导得到最佳油膜厚度的理论计算公式,并应用Simulink仿真软件搭建仿真模型求得滑靴最佳油膜厚度。在此基础上,深入分析影响最佳油膜厚度取值大小的因素,同时将分析结果应用到产品中进行试验考核,验证了最佳油膜厚度计算公式的正确性,从而为最佳油膜厚度的设计提供了一种有效方法。此外应用以上设计方法对6型产品进行了最佳油膜厚度的计算复核,结合实践经验总结出了最佳油膜厚度的合理取值范围,为最佳油膜厚度的设计提供了参考。The optimum oil film thickness for slipper is an important factor affecting the volumetric efficiency and life of the swash-plate piston pump.In order to improve volumetric efficiency and service life of piston pump,an intensive study on the design method for the optimum oil film thickness for slipper was conducted.The theoretical formula of the optimum oil film thickness was gotten by derivation.Simulink simulation software was used to build a simulation model to obtain the optimum oil film thickness for slipper.On this basis,the factors affecting the value of the optimum oil film thickness were analyzed deeply.Furthermore,the result was applied to the realistic product for test assessment.The experimental results confirm the correctness of the theoretical result,indicating that an effective method was provided for the design of optimum oil film thickness for slipper.This method was applied to 6 types of product and the reasonable range of the optimum oil film thickness was summarized.It provides reference for the design of optimum oil film thickness for slipper.
