新时期城市建设中环境艺术内容、方法的一些思考

摘　　要：随着计划生育政策效果的显现,国内诸多城市将逐步迈入“收缩城市”行列。伴随经济发展模式的转型,中国城市建设也将由数量增长型的上半场进入质量提高型的下半场,即由大规模新建筑、开发区建设为主,转入城市更新、景观环境整治为主。环境艺术在当代城市建设中将扮演愈来愈重要的角色。从基本概念入手,结合国内外各地实例,详细剖析了环境艺术设计应注意的内容及方法,包括紧密结合建筑与规划、加强城市公园的运动属性、突出和展示历史古迹、打通文化景观散步道、有组织有重点的城市灯光照明、有序而丰富多彩的广告招牌、充满艺术气质的涂鸦壁画等诸多方面。最后结合巴塞罗那等地经验,谈了有关大型赛事的城市建设的看法。Due to the Family Planning Policy,many cities in China will become Shrinking Cities.Along with the transformation of economy development model,Chinese cities construction will also move into Better Quality period from larger Quantity period.Therefore,the Environment At Design will play more and more important role.With many samples across the world,this paper has illustrated the contents and methods of Environment Art Design in contemporary cities construction,which includes integrating landscapes with architectures,arranging more sport facilities inside urban parks,highlighting the historic buildings,organizing culural peclessrian system,appropriate urban lighting,beatifual signboarcks,artistic graffiti walls,etc.In the end,using Barcelona as the sample,the author has talked the ideas about urban construxction for Olyampic Ganc,etc.
