摘 要:北京老城胡同是道路交通体系的重要组成部分,胡同区域天然就是“小街区、密路网”。机动化的发展在方便胡同居民出行的同时,也产生了一些不利的影响,对胡同交通的研究应以协调现代化生活与历史文化保护为目标。在梳理北京老城胡同现状的基础上,总结交通出行特征,对目前存在争议的胡同交通功能定位、在城市道路体系中的地位、交通管理问题进行研究。明确胡同的功能仍然是交通集散为主,且步行与非机动交通占绝对主导地位,部分胡同应允许机动车通行,但不应作为机动车停放场所;不论胡同的宽度和长度,应将胡同作为一种特殊的城市支路纳入城市道路体系进行规划和管理;应依据胡同区域的定位与特点实行交通管理分区,划分步行区、安宁交通区等区域。Beijing old city Hutong is an important part of the road transportation system.The Hutong area is naturally a "small street area and a dense road network".The development of motorization has also produced some adverse effects while facilitating the travel of Hutong residents.The research on Hutong traffic should aim at coordinating modern life and historical and cultural protection.This paper sorts out the status quo of Beijing old city Hutong,summarizes the traffic characteristics of Hutong and Hutong areas.The current controversial issues:the traffic function of Hutong,the status of Hutong in the urban road system,and the traffic management were studied,and relevant suggestions were given.Clearly the function of the hutong is still the main traffic distribution,and walking and non-motorized traffic dominates,some hutongs should allow motor vehicles to pass,but the hutong should not be used as a place for motor vehicle parking.Regardless of the width and length,Hutong should be planned and managed as a special form of urban branch road.Traffic management zoning should be implemented according to the positioning and characteristics of hutong areas,and pedestrian areas should be divided into peaceful traffic areas.
