摘 要:为研究不同栽培模式对梨树光合特性的影响,采用Li-6400便携式光合测定仪测定密植园和棚架园内玉露香梨和黄冠梨成熟叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和水分利用效率(WUE)等光合指标。结果显示,棚架式栽培的玉露香梨和黄冠梨叶片Pn、Ci、Gs和Tr值均高于密植式栽培;采用密植栽培模式的梨树WUE值则高于棚架式栽培组。研究表明,棚架栽培模式有利于增强玉露香梨树和黄冠梨叶片光合作用和有机物质积累,有助于提升果实的品质与产量。To study the effects of different cultivation modes on the photosynthetic characteristics of pear trees,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),transpiration rate(Tr),and water use efficiency(WUE)of mature leaves from Yuluxiang and Huangguan pear in close planting and trellis garden were measured by LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system.Results showed that the Pn,Ci,Gs and Tr levels of Yuluxiang and Huangguan pearin close plantingwere significantly higher than those in trellis cultivation,but the leaves of WUE in leaves from pear trees cultivated in trellis was higher.The above results suggests that the trellis cultivation mode is benefits inthe enhancement of photosynthesis andaccumulation of organic matter in Yuluxiangand Huangguan pear leaves,and is also conducive to improve the quality and yield of the fruit.
