摘  要:‘迎秋红’是从在鲁北枣主产区发现选育的早熟鲜食枣新品种。果实倒卵圆形,单果重15.1 g,大小整齐。果皮薄,鲜红色。质地细脆,汁液较多,味甜略酸,鲜食品质上等。鲜枣可食率95.8%,可溶性固形物含量28.2%,总糖27.4%,酸0.49%,维生素C含量3560 mg/kg。在山西中部9月上旬成熟,果实生育期93 d左右。树体中大,树势中庸,成枝力强,早期丰产性强,通过整形修剪等管理措施可矮化密植和设施栽培。‘Yingqiuhong’,a new early ripening Chinese jujube cultivar,was bred from main producing jujube areas of the North of Shandong Province,China.‘Yingqiuhong’is an early ripening,high yielding and quality table jujube cultivar.Its fruit with bright red skin is regular in size and obovate in shape.Average fruit weight is 15.1 g.It has high quality using for fresh eating with rich juice,crisp and delicate flesh texture.The edible rate of fresh jujube is 95.8%.The content of soluble solid is 28.2%,soluble sugar 27.4%,titratable acidity 0.49%,vitamin C 3560 mg/kg.It ripens and becomes crisp in early September in middle part of Shanxi province,China,with 93 d of fruit development days.Its tree is median size and branching ability is strong,so it is suitable for dwarf culture and compact planting or facility cultivation by management.
