摘  要:核电厂辅助蒸汽供应系统是在主蒸汽系统不可用时为用户提供辅助蒸汽。通过分析辅助锅炉运行期间内部腐蚀速率的影响因素,制定针对性的优化方案,在不改变辅助锅炉现有结构和设备的前提下,对原设计化学控制方案进行优化,采取在辅助锅炉停运期间使用联氨和氨水混合液进行湿保养,同时在辅助锅炉运行期间向辅助锅炉给水中添加适量联氨的措施,以有效降低辅助锅炉运行期间炉水中的腐蚀产物含量,保证锅炉安全运行。The purpose of the auxiliary steam supply system is to provide auxiliary steam for users when the main steam is not available.This paper develops a targeted optimization solution through analyzing the influence factors of internal corrosion rate during the operation of the auxiliary boiler.Wet maintenance is carried out by using hydrazine and ammonia water mixture during the shutdown of auxiliary boiler,without changing the existing structure and equipment of the auxiliary boiler.In addition,an appropriate amount of hydrazine is added to the feed water of the auxiliary boiler during the operation of the auxiliary boiler,so as to effectively reduce the content of corrosion products in the water of the auxiliary boiler during its operation,and guarantee the safe operation of the auxiliary boiler.
