摘 要:反应堆停堆过程机组温度、压力急剧变化,导致破损元件内的裂变产物释放加速,加上氧化运行使腐蚀产物集中释放对放射化学参数的监测与控制带来很多的不确定性,同时对反应堆安全、人员辐射安全、机组净化能力、辐射屏蔽能力也带来一定的挑战,进行有效的放射化学监测与控制对降低大修现场辐射水平、缩短大修工期、减少大修集体剂量、提高换料大修核安全及经济效益有重要意义。文章通过某核电厂存在燃料破损情况下的首次大修机组停堆过程放射化学控制的实践分析,研究了破损燃料存在情况下的放射化学处理方式,并对出现的异常进行了深入分析,提出优化建议,为核电厂燃料破损情况下换料大修提供参考及借鉴。Under the process of reactor shutdown,unit temperature and pressure are changed sharply that leads to the acceleration of fission product release from damaged fuel elements.In addition,oxidation operation makes corrosion products release together.All these bring about a lot of uncertainty to the monitoring and control of hydrochemical parameters.At the same time,there are many challenges to nuclear reactor safety,personnel radiation safety,unit purification ability and radiation shielding ability.Therefore,it is important for taking effective radiochemistry monitoring and control on reducing radiation at overhaul area,shortening overhaul period,decreasing overhaul collective dose and improving the nuclear safety and economic benefit during refueling outage.In this paper,the radiochemistry treatment experience within the existence of fuel damage has been verified by the practice analysis of the radiochemistry monitoring of Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant during first overhaul outage with the existence of fuel damage.Eventually,by summarizing the anticipated exceptions,tuning recommendations are proposed for refueling outage in consideration of fuel damage.
