摘 要:上充泵作为核电厂化学与容积控制系统(RCV)重要给水设备,其可靠性直接影响到核电厂的安全稳定运行和经济效益。某压水堆核电厂上充泵非驱动端轴承室改造后,上充泵油环路开始出现冒油雾现象。通过利用设备根本原因分析方法,结合有限元建模分析技术对此问题进行分析,调查分析后找出了最可能的故障模式。最终确定了上充泵油环路冒油雾的根本原因,为上充泵的运行可靠性及油雾消除方法的制定提供了重要参考。As an important water supply equipment for the chemical and volume control system(RCV)of nuclear power plant,the charging pump directly affects the safe and stable operation and economic benefit of nuclear power plant.Oil mist began to appear after the modification of the bearing chamber of the non-driving end of the charging pump of a PWR nuclear power plant.Through equipment root cause analysis methods,combined with finite element modeling and analysis technique,this problem was analyzed,and the most probable failure mode was found after investigation and analysis.Finally,the root cause of the oil mist from the oil loop of the charging pump is determined,which provides an important reference for the operation reliability of the charging pump and the formulation of oil mist elimination methods.
