摘　　要：水稻是中国最重要的粮食作物之一,稻米历来是中国人的主食。湖南省是中国水稻的重要产区,研究其水稻生产的成本与效益是提高水稻综合生产能力、保障国家粮食安全的现实需求。基于稻谷生产经营信息化服务云平台2019年湖南省38个基点县的具体数据,着重分析水稻生产现状及存在的问题,发现水稻生产还存在比较效益不高、种植结构不够合理等问题,并提出了优化配置水稻的种植模式与生产要素、促进粮食价格机制改革、推进农业机械化经营、积极培育新型职业农民等解决方案。Rice is one of the most important grain crops in China and has always been the staple food of Chinese people.Hunan province is an important rice producing area in China,studying the cost and benefit of its rice production is a practical requirement need to improve the comprehensive production capacity of rice and ensure the national food security.Based on the specific data of 38 base counties in Hunan province in 2019 from rice production and operation information service cloud platform,this paper focused on the analysis of the current situation of rice production and the existing problems,found that there were still low efficiency and unreasonable planting structure of rice production and so on,and solutions were put forward from optimizing the allocation of rice planting patterns and production factors,promoting the reform of grain price mechanism,enhancing agricultural mechanization,and actively cultivating new professional farmers.
