摘 要:基因编辑技术具有对生物体特定目标基因进行高效精准修饰的优点,近年来关于基因编辑技术的基础理论研究和生产应用发展迅猛。为了准确把握基因编辑技术的研发状况,利用Web of Science和智慧芽全球专利数据库检索ZFN、TALEN和CRISPR这3种主要基因编辑技术的相关文献与专利,并对检索数据进行系统分析。分析结果显示,全球基因编辑技术的研发势头强劲,不同基因编辑技术的市场竞争主体有所不同,3种基因编辑技术中CRISPR技术优势日益突出。最后,对基因编辑技术的未来发展趋势进行了展望。Gene editing technology has the advantages of efficient and precise modification of specific target genes in living organisms.In recent years,it has been developed rapidly in basic theoretical research and production applications.In order to accurately grasp the research and development status of gene editing technology,using Web of Science and PatSnap global patent database,relevant literatures and patents of ZFN,TALEN and CRISPR were retrieved,and the retrieved data was systematically analyzed.The analysis results showed that the global gene editing technology has a strong momentum in research and development,the market competitors of different gene editing technologies are different,and the advantages of CRISPR technology among the three gene editing technologies are increasingly prominent.Finally,the future development trend of gene editing technology was forecasted.
