摘 要:为解决传统职位推荐算法推荐结果范围小,无法对跨行就业率高的人群进行有效推荐的问题,提出基于人口统计学数据及广义Choquet积分的职位推荐算法。利用层次分析法构建用户信息层次结构模型,结合广义Shapley函数与离散Choquet积分,通过计算最优相似人群进行职位推荐。与传统模型实验对比,推荐模型在雷达招聘网站提供的数据集上准确率提高了8.35%,有效验证了其可行性和有效性。To solve the problem that the traditional job recommendation algorithm has a small range of recommendation results and cannot effectively recommend people with high cross-bank employment rate,a job recommendation algorithm based on demographic data and generalized Choquet integral was proposed.The hierarchical structure model of user information was constructed using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the position recommendation was carried out by calculating the optimal similar population combined with generalized Shapley function and discrete Choquet integral.Compared with the traditional model test,the accuracy of the proposed model is improved by 8.35%in the data set provided by the radar recruitment website,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
